Hydroxycut, a very popular pill and powder comprising around 90% of the weight-loss supplement market, is being pulled from shelves due to urging from the Food and Drug Administration. The US distributer of the Canadian-made supplement, Iovate Health Sciences, has announced a recall of 14 different products marketed under the Hydroxycut brand. These products have been linked to reports of severe liver damage and other health problems.
